A traditional rich, smooth chicken liver parfait made with port and brandy and sealed with clarified butter.All our chickens are naturally raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. The natural chicken feed give the livers a natural extra richness. Giving a rich flavour like foie gras (but without the cruelty!)
