Hidden Agenda is a robust soft cow cheese with a complex flavor profile. A signature innovation from Jartisan, it has a unique sticky pale orange rind, This rind is washed with a light brine and Lao Khao (a Thai rice Sprit) three times during is affinage.

After ripening for 5 weeks, it yields a cheese teeming with intricate layers of aromas and Flavors.
