Orzo, or also known as Riso are small rice grain shaped pasta shapes commonly used in soups, stews or in a thick sauce replicating risotto.
These are semi dried, but require refrigeration

We do not recommend using an Oven, Air Fryer or Microwave for this product.
Stove/Hob
How to cook fresh pasta from chilled. Bring water to boil with a large pinch of salt. Add pasta to water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Test a small piece to ensure it is cooked to your satisfaction. Drain (reserving water if making own pasta sauce) and serve.
